중국 피진 영어(Chinese Pidgin English)의 언어학적 특성: <英語全集>(1862)을 중심으로 - 김선효, 정성훈

초록

 This paper examined to the morphological and syntactical characteristics of Chinese Pidgin English(CPE) based on The Chinese and English Instructor(1862). СРЕ which formed in the 18th century and disappeared in the early 20th century shows the typical characteristics of Pidgin. Phonologicaly, the fricatives were replaced with plosives, [v]→[p], [r]→[l], [š]→ [s], [ž]→[z], [ɵ]→ [d]. Morphologically, case changes were not realized or showed passivity and the grammar marks were also simplified. Lexically, 'hap (have)' refers to the past tense, and 'hap got' refers to the possessive verb 'have', not the tense category. Classifier 'pisi' appeared to most of nouns. Syntactically, the boundaries between the declarative sentence and the interrogative sentence were not clear, the negative sentences appeared to only 'no' pattern and the word order was the basic structure of the SVO structure. Consegently, Chinese Pidgin English tended to be closer to Chinese structure than English.

日治時代漢語教材轉寫諸問題: 1911年後 - 吳忠信

초록

 After Hunminjeongum was created, many Eonmun designated Chinese books sprang up like mushrooms. At that period of time, the policy concept of Joseon Korea was Sadae-Gyorin policy (lit. serve the great and befriend the neighbors), and the prerequisite for befriending a neighbor country is to learn its language. Therefore, learming "Manchu language" became an essential diplomatic policy in Joseon. The translation of Qing dynasty's academic works or the compilation of foreign language learning books (phonetic notation) from Korcan phonologist were also the necessary means in diplomacy. This article is to discuss the content problems of Chinese phonetic notation teaching materials from the Japanese occupation period, which were handed down after Joseon Korea ereated Hunminjeongum. The main point is not about the correctness of its phonetics, but to analyze and discuss the inconsiderate or the insufficient parts of the books, hoping to provide some suggestions or reference for other language studies related to these books.

國民教育之韓語課程建構 - 鍾長志

초록

 Ministry of Education announced that 12-Year Basic Education Curricula will be in full operation in 2019, which is the most important milestone achieved by basic education. The system is a long term-12 years new course line of basic education that involves in primary school, secondary school and high school and play an important role in basic education. Second language education of 12-years basic education needs fulfil curricula concept and plan the course according to eurricula in order to practically fulfilling ideal of 12-year basic education. The paper will use the few past curricula as center to discuss the target of secondary language education. This is then can be used to track the idea changes of secondary language in Taiwan high school. In addition, the paper will try to focus on the rapid development of Korean language, discuss about the current situation and its related issues.
 Lastly, this paper will try to build up the study content of Korean language. Based on the target of curricula, and 1500 vocabulary and 105 grammars studies, the paper will also discuss the needs of spiral teaching method in grammar teaching. The paper can then build up strudy content according to 12-year national basic education curricula and the intermational standard curriculum for Korean language.

비원어민 예비교사들의 한국어교사 교육과정에 관한 인식조사 - 박정화

초록

 This study has focused on measuring whether the "Framework Act on the Korean Language" played a role for non-native pre-service teachers' education. The Act played a huge role for teacher education curriculum as well as teachers. Currently, a number of non-native pre-service teachers have been pursuing degree for being Korean language teachers based on the Act. However, little attention was given to the validity of the Act. Therefore, the study has been conducted from foreign teachers' views. The purpose of this study is to figure out the perception of non-native Korean language teachers and whether the Act meets the pre-service teachers' needs. The results revealed the importance in the following order: Teaching Practice, Korean Linguistics, Korean Educational Linguistics, General Linguistics, and Korean Culture. The research results suggest that there is a need to reconsider the time assignment of the specific subjects and contents of the subjects.

詮釋與思辯-韓國歷代文集中的公無渡河敘事 - 董達

초록

 In the history Chinese and Chosun literature, 'Gong Wu Du He' has received great attention. Since, the poem 'Gong Wu Du He' and its background still has been doubted by many scholars, the researching of 'Gong Wu Du He' has limited by the authors, sources, years of creation, the places of creation, the backgrounds of story, story structures, the symbolic meanings of the story and cultural connotation in the academic fields. So, it still doesn't expand the research activities in the whole fields of literature. There are a lot of the original doubts of "Gong Wu Du He", which mean the text is full of "indeterminacy" or "blanks". As the reception aesthetics' point of view, these "indeterminacy "blanks" have called upon by the function. It will continue to arouse and stimulate the reader's horizon of expectation, and in the process of receiving, through imagination, correction and confirmation, to the uncertain text to fill the blank. That is to say, all poems are the produced in process of dynamic broadcasting, through re-establishment, correction, revision, and rebuilding of the horizon of expectation by ancient poets for generations. In this project, the author compared 'Gong Wu Du He(Konghou Ying)' included in the 'Hanguk Munjib Chonggan' and the 'Hanguk Yotae Munjip Chongso' comprehensively and systematically. The thesis statement is interpretation of sensibility and rational speculation in order to compare the differences in how Chosun poets interpreted, accepted, speculated and described 'Gong Wu Du He' at the different ages (vertical integration/diachronicity) and the same ages(horizontal integration /synchronicity). At the same time, the Silhak scholars, for example, Park Jiwon and Jeong Yak-young of Chosun early period and Chosun late period who emphasized 'to seek truth from facts' that they had different point of views on interpretation is also the main point of this project.

趙明熙小說中的不安情感 - 曹家瑜

초록

 Cho Myeonghee is known as a frontier writer in early Korean modern literary figures. Most of the previous studies on his writing demonstrate two kind of his literary work creation style based on his ideology. However, this study newly discovered the three kind of literary style in his novels from the view of writer's consciousness of emotion. Cho Myeonghee explained in a very detail about the three kind of change in his writing from the aspect of emotion flow. In the initial period, his works show that writer emotion flows from the anxiety of conscience to the anxiety of neuroticism. In the middle period, his works show that his emotion flows from the neurotic anxiety to the realistic anxiety. In the last period, his emotion flows from the realístic anxiety to the neurotic anxiety. This paper analyses these three stages of writer's anxiety feeling in very detail through his works and discovered one more fact that there were two kinds of common problem exited to the people who lived difficult life under the Japanese colonial era in Korea. The first problem was that Korean people had to be busy in order to make them satisfied in ego instinct however, they were not able to carry out the conscience properly at the same time. The second problem was that in the state of unable to overcome on the actual problem, they were trying to keep their conscience by anyhow however, evenlually they fell into the fear and phobia.

韓國文在寅政府新經濟政策及成效之平議 - 吳家興

초록

 Moon Jae-in won the 19th presidential election of the Republic of Korea on May 9th, 2017. President Moon formed his new goveniment the next day. "The five-year policy for the Moon Jae-in administration of state affairs" had been unveiled on July 19th; this five-ycar plan is designed as a blueprint and a compass for a new era of Korea. Based on this direction, State Affairs Planning Advisory Conmittec set New Administration's Economic Policies and was reviewed and adopted on July 25th. New policies changes current economic development mode into people-oriented mode, and it outlines future economic policy for the next 5 years. New Administration's Economic Policies has 4 strategies and 12 tasks. Here are 4 strategies for reference: Wage-led growth;Make the economy work for job creation; Fair competition; Growth through Innovation. The government has been served for more than one year. The effectiveness of the new economic policy has gradually emerged, with positive and negative performances. Economic growth rebounded, national income increased, prices remained stable, foreign trade recovered, and the balance of intermational payments has expanded, plus, initial success in innovation appeared. However, the continuous increasing in the unemployment rate, the deteriorating distribution of national income, and the increasing in family debt are still showing negative performances. Moon's government needs to be constantly improved.

韓國企業在越南履行社會責任的初步探索 - 陳氏水, 鄭惠英

초록

 With the innovation and integration in Vietnam, the number of foreign-funded enterprises has grown rapidly. In recent years, South Korea has become the largest investment partner in Vietnam, and the number of Korean companies has continued to increase. In Vietnam, Korean companies not only make great contributions to solve domestic employment problems, economic development and expand international exchanges, but also promote social progress in Vietnam through corporate social responsibility activities. This article analyzes the social responsibility of Korean companies in Vietnam based on the concept of social responsibility (CSR), the Vietnamese government's point of view, and the comparison on Korean and Northeast Asian countries' corporate social responsibility (CSR).
